Hi, I'm Duane Adams and I'm here to help you get connected at Horizons Church. We know that connecting with others in small groups is an essential part of sustained spiritual growth. Because of that, LifeGroups are an important part of our discipleship strategy.

In a LifeGroup, you'll study God’s word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. These groups are a safe place where people pray together, care for one another, and where you’re missed when you don’t show up.

Practically speaking, it’s not possible for our pastors and staff to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That’s another reason LifeGroups are so important. They help us minister effectively and make it possible for everyone that attends Horizons to receive personal care.
