Women's LifeGroups are small groups of six - eight women that meet weekly in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. These small groups provide Christ-centered spiritual answers to the issues of life. You’ll find friendship, encouragement, spiritual growth and more within our women’s LifeGroups. Groups meet weekly in homes throughout the area which provide a safe and friendly atmosphere. While some groups may be a blend of women from a variety of stages of life, other groups are formed around affinity such as MOPS (for moms with small children), etc.
In addition to weekly meetings we encourage everyone at Horizons to find a place to serve. Many women chose to do that as a team with other women from their LifeGroup while others find it easier to volunteer as an individual. Opportunities are available within the church, the community and even as missionaries overseas. No matter which works best for you, we hope you find a place to put your unique talents and skills to use serving others.
