APPOINTMENTS: To schedule an initial appointment or if you have not seen a counselor in the last two months, please call the Horizons Church Offices at (304) 745-5090 and a staff coordinator will assist you. There are no fees involved in seeing a pastoral counselor. Where early intervention and assistance is appropriate life situations and problems can be dealt with in a loving and caring manner at a lower level of pastoral counseling. There are many choices when it comes to finding a place for help. We firmly believe in Professional Christian Counseling and often refer people to local Certified or Licensed Counselors.
