Angel Food Ministries is a organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the US.

By buying food from first rate suppliers at substantial volume discounts, Angel Food Ministries is able to provide families with approximately $65 worth of quality nutritious food for $30.

To order food through Angel Food Ministries, please print the order form, fill it out, and return it to the church by September 12, 2010 OR click here to order online.

You can pick up your order on Saturday, September 18, 2010 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM in the foyer at Horizons Church in Lost Creek. Please bring a large box to place your items in.
