What is GriefShare?

GriefShare is a friendly, Christian-based support group that offers a safe place to process your emotions and find hope for the future. Our group is led by people who have experienced deep loss themselves and are trained to help you move from mourning to joy.

Each weekly session includes three key elements designed to support your recovery:

• Video Seminars: Featuring leading grief recovery experts and real-life stories of people who have found hope after loss.

• Support Group Discussion: A time to talk about what you’ve learned and share your experiences with others who truly "get it."

• Personal Study: A workbook for individual reflection and application of the concepts throughout the week.

What to Expect

Whether you are just beginning your journey or have been grieving for some time, GriefShare provides you with practical tools to manage the "grief attacks," navigate the holidays, and handle the many changes in your life. You are welcome to join us at any point in the 13-week cycle.
